Our products, information, and services are intended for commercial entities, manufacturers, brands, and wholesalers. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing for commercial use, manufacturing, or resale, and not for personal, non-commercial use.

2 Product Information & Medical Disclaimer

All information provided regarding our botanical extracts, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), active ingredient concentrations (e.g., Beta-Glucans, Triterpenes), and extraction methodologies (Dual Extraction), is strictly for informational and educational purposes. Our products are raw materials and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is the responsibility of the purchasing brand or manufacturer to ensure that any final consumer products and associated marketing claims comply with the regulations of their respective jurisdictions (e.g., FDA, EFSA).

3 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, technical documentation, and software, is the property of Hangzhou Molai Biotech Co., Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Confidential formulation data shared under NDA for OEM/Private Label services remains strictly protected.

4 Compliance and Quality Assurance

We pride ourselves on our rigorous certification systems (USDA NOP, EU Organic, GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP, Kosher, Halal). However, the buyer is solely responsible for verifying that the imported raw materials meet the specific customs, agricultural, and health regulations of the destination country. We provide third-party testing documentation (Eurofins/SGS) upon request to facilitate this process.

5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hangzhou Molai Biotech Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.
